Πρόκειται για ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο δυάρι 47 τετραγωνικών στην καρδιά της πόλης των Πατρών, ένα τετράγωνο κοντά στην κεντρική πλατεία Γεωργίου της Πάτρας. Εχει ξεχωριστό υπνοδωμάτιο , μικρό καθιστικό και κουζίνα.
