Welcome to Botanist Lab! We are a quirky, little homestay located in a less hectic area of central Saigon. Only 15 min from the airport & 15 min from Ben Thanh Market! Renovated in March 2023, our studio features: - queen bed, - full kitchen - living room with work desk, sofa & coffee table, - and bathroom with rain shower. The studio is one of 8 in a building that has been turned into a coliving space. Guests will also have access to a shared kitchen, large working area and washer/dryer.

Spacious loft in foodie area

Spacious and bright loft studio on the 2nd floor walk up house tucked in a quiet alley in Phu Nhuan district, in Phan Xich Long foodie area. It has a small balcony. This location is central to district 1, 3, 5, and the airport (10mins), the train station. The house has 4 different apartments and sharing the washer and dryer in the parking area. This is a walk-up, and we do not have staff to help with luggage. Early luggage drop off and motorbike parking is free, but we aren't responsible.
