The upper deck is great for sunning or enjoying the views and below is great for parking ur boat, fishing and swimming. We have a kamado Joe grill for smoking, roasting or grilling and a gas grill for convenience. Great screened in porch for times the bugs are out. Our house us pet friendly as well. You can sit on the front porch or around the fire-pit and listen to the sounds of nature. It is located on the owners property but is secluded by trees. It had its own drive and self-check in.
