Balsam Hollow Cabin

Balsam Hollow is a newly built, charming rustic cabin that was created from the heart for our family, friends and you. From the all-wood exterior and interior, to the log railings in the loft, staircase and covered porch with wrap-around deck, our mission is to give our guests a true Adirondack Experience. Surrounded by nature, secluded and private, yet centrally located to Saranac Lake, Lake Placid, and Rainbow Lake with 25 miles of connecting waterways. You will find a snow shoe trail and cross country skiing on our 10 acres. Outside grill and fire pit. With our tankless water system you will have an endless supply of hot water to enjoy! Even though we are tucked off the beaten trail we are close to so much adventure! There are multiple trail heads close by, ice skating (pond style or rinks including the Olympic Oval in Lake Placid), Whiteface Mountain Ski Resort, Bobsled rides, Toboggan Shoot, Sled Dog rides, Boating, Canoeing, Mountain Beaches, Swimming Holes, White Water Rafting, Hiking, Mountain Biking, and so much more! A Mountain View Chalet - Whiteface Mt, Lake Placid

A Mountain View Chalet is nestled on the wooded hillside of Juniper Hill in Wilmington, NY. The chalet has a spectacular view of and short drive to Whiteface Mountain. This chalet is also a scenic, 15 minute drive to Lake Placid. This charming A-frame is picturesque and reminiscent to the setting of a hallmark movie. Whether you cozy up inside next to the fireplace, gazing out the window at Whiteface, or gather around the fire pit making memories and s'mores, you are going to love this chalet!

CAMP HUDSONVIEW

Dizzying views of the Hudson River! Sweet cabin modest in scale, simple and pure to not detract from the richness of the views, offering a fresh, invigorating sense of just what is needed, nothing more. The rugged primitive siding was harvested from on-site cedar trees; the knotty pine interior was locally sourced. Friends gifted a claw foot tub and historic farmhouse sink. Sleep up in the trees in our cozy Magical Treehouse. This place is the perfect base camp for your next adventure, or a unique spot to curl up with a good book. The perfect place to be in the woods, but not isolated. Cook your meals in the nearby cookhouse (40’ away, unheated) on a camp stove or over an open campfire. A heated bathroom/shower is 20’ away. We provide you with linens, cookware, plus help you plan your trip. Property includes miles of hiking trails and beautiful places to explore!

Waterfront Artisan ADK Cottage - Tupper Lake

Sunset Cottage is cleaned in compliance with CDC COVID-19 Lodging cleaning standards before you vacation there. Sunset Cottage is only 15 feet from Tupper Lake with a sandy spot for launching canoes/kayaks and a large dock where you can moor your powerboat if you bring one. Dock seating and swimming with a dog friendly stair. Fire pit with firewood on the lawn with Adirondack chairs for your use. Two, kayaks come with the rental. Newly renovated interior with beautiful Adirondack decor.

Riverside Cabin & Nature Trails

Enjoy our 160 acres in a private natural setting. Owls, trout, heron, osprey, mergansers and the occasional loon will add to your stay. There are over 4 miles of private trails for hiking along the river and in the woods. Kayaks & fishing poles provided. The Nest

Your year round base-camp for activities, events, or just relaxing in the Adirondacks. This stylish brand new one-bedroom apartment is perfect for group trips or if the two of you want to get away by yourselves, also featuring a queen size bed with a Dreamcloud mattress in the private bedroom with a TV, and one sofa bed and a couch to accommodate more in your group if others are joining you. The apartment is above the garage which is separate from the house.
