La baita ha una bella esposizione a sud-ovest, e dalla sua ampia terrazza si gode una vista spettacolare sul Monviso e sulle montagne circostanti. Nei mesi invernali, se lo desiderate, sarete avvolti dal calore del camino a legna.

Ma maison située dans Saint Véran, se compose d'une terrasse avec coin repas, parking en face de la maison Au rez de chaussée ce trouve un coin cuisine équipée ainsi qu'un salon avec coin bar, canapé d'angle et pour finir une salle de bain avec douche et WC. Au 1er étage ce trouve une autre salle de bain avec baignoire, WC indépendant, ainsi que 2 chambres exposées plein sud donnant sur un grand balcon. Une avec lit double, une autre avec 2 lits simples. Ainsi qu'un appareil à raclette.
