A place of the heart, lovingly restored preserving the ancient beams of the roof. A wonderful view from the large windows and a special tranquility for those in search of peace, warmth and relaxation. The furniture is very nice: wood above all, but also more lively colors, and modern comforts. Quiet excursions, both on snowshoes or ski.

Distante pochi metri dal centro pedonale, in una zona ben servita dal trasporto pubblico e ricca di parcheggi gratuiti (numerosi sono adiacenti alla casa e usufruibili h24 tranne la domenica notte per pulizia strade). Nelle vicinanze ci sono negozi alimentari, farmacia, tabacchino, bar e ristoranti. A pochi minuti i monumenti principali della città (Ponte Romano ecc).

Un monolocale arredato come una bellissima camera d'albergo! Tutto è a portata di mano in uno spazio piccolo ma molto curato. Si trova a 50 metri dalle piste da sci e a due minuti dalle piste di downhill e dai sentieri per le camminate e i sentieri per le mountain bike. La città di Aosta si trova a 30 minuti di auto. Pila in estate e in inverno è raggiungibile da Aosta anche con la cabinovia che in 20 minuti vi porterà a 200 metri da casa.
