Herzlich Wilkommen im schönen Oberbayern! Unser neugebautes, modern eingerichtetes Vollholzhaus befindet sich in ruhiger, sonniger Lage in Bad Kohlgrub. Die Hörnle-Schwebebahn kann zufuß in 2 Minuten erreicht werden. Die große Terasse sowie ein eigener Garten laden zum Verweilen ein. Im Ort selbst gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants sowie Cafés. Innsbruck, München und Augsburg sind in ca. einer Stunde erreichbar. Welcome to the house of my childhood memories. It is located right below the castles of Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau, surrounded by lakes and mountains. Inspired by the contrast between heritage and sharing economies, the designer Michl Sommer and his team of featuring-amsterdam have created this microcosm inside the traditional neighbourhood of Hohenschwangau. The 180 sqm living area provides generous space, and the 1'400 sqm garden is large enough for football games.
