The apartment is decorated in a relaxed way respecting good taste, providing luxury and ease of life. It is a new build (finished in 2015). The front balcony is 50 square meter, fitted with full length remote controlled tent providing shade to the table, four seats and if required also to the two chaises longues/deck chairs. The view from the balcony also includes the Acropolis and even the Saronic bay is in your eyes if you wish to mix ancient Greek history with the sea in just an eye view

What would you say to someone who is visiting Athens for the first time, with friends or family? What would you suggest someone who is about to visit Athens for business? Well, my recommendation would be for him/her to stay downtown, to live as a true Athenian in one of the coolest, most culturally vibrant areas of Athens! Well, can you think of something cooler than a fully renovated apartment with 2 bedrooms in Thiseio, located in a walking distance from everything you need to see in Athens?

This renovated room is completely private, with it's own entance, balcony and bathroom. It is equipped with a comfortable single bed (towels and linen provided), a big desk, a mini-fridge, A/C and a spacious closet for all your stuff. The neighbourhood is very safe and quiet, with stores that can provide you with just about anything , yet within walking distance for all major sites and the city buzz. Closest metro/bus station is EVANGELISMOS, which is less than 10 minutes away on foot.
