Our staff is entirely made up of people who grew up between the sea and the mountains of this beautiful land. We will respond to all your curiosities about the place or the structure, and with our advice we will make your experience in the 5 Terre extraordinary; please contact us! The room is located in an ancient alley of the village, Via Sant’Antonio, and has two large windows overlooking the sea; it is a short walk from the train station, Marina di Riomaggiore and the main street of the town.

La casa è dotata di una splendida terrazza con vista mare attrezzata con lettini prendisole, ombrellone e tavolo da pranzo. Parcheggio in box privato nell'autosilo a duecento metri dalla casa. All'interno dell'appartamento appena ristrutturato ingresso soggiorno con angolo cottura, camera matrimoniale con vista mare, bagno con doccia, Wifi, aria condizionata, cassaforte.

San Terenzo is a nice little downtown on the seafront of Gulf of Poets. The renewed apartment is situated just 10 meters away from the San Terenzo beach. It's furnished in a functional and harmonious way in order to offer a welcoming atmosphere and a pleasant stay. There is private car parking. Nearby there are ligurian cuisine restaurants, shops, bus stop, beaches and marvelous esplanade between San Terenzo's and Lerici fortresses. It's the best place to start to explore Liguria and Tuscany.

Cà de Greg è un accogliente appartamento, curato e ricercato, nel centro di La Spezia, nel cuore della Scalinata Lazzaro Spallanzani. È situato a pochi passi dal centro storico dove potrete trovare negozi, bar, ristoranti, stazione ferroviaria per le 5 Terre e battelli per Lerici e Portovenere. L'appartamento è dotato di tutti i comfort. Un balcone attrezzato con vista sui tetti della città, vi darà la possibilità di godervi il tramonto sorseggiando un drink in piena quiete e tranquillità.

La casa è stata ristrutturata completamente e i lavori sono terminati da circa un mese, è composta di un piano di accesso dove si trovano il parcheggio disponibile per due auto e, varcato l'ingresso, la cucina dalla quale tramite una porta finestra si può usufruire della terrazza; dalla zona giorno si accede passando per una scala in marmo e ferro battuto alle due camere e al bagno. La suddivisione degli spazi interni è stata conservata così come prevede il tipico modello del borgo ligure.
