Close to Lake Ericson, Cedar River, Calamus Reservoir and Pibel Lake. We are still renovating and appreciate our guests understanding our imperfections. Enjoy quiet country living in our guest house by our home on the Platte River. There are forty acres where you can fish, walk, swim, or just relax on the porch. The nest accommodates a family of four, but if you need more space ask to add the River Room to your reservation. Enjoy one of the restaurants nearby or bring your own food and utilize our gathering space with couch, tv, fridge, kitchenette, and grill. WIFI is available but we recommend you put down the devices and enjoy your getaway.

There is a full kitchen, a living room with a smart TV, strong WiFi, updated bathroom, 3 sets of bunkbeds and a queen-sized bed. Perfect for a girl's trip, guy's fishing retreat, Husker football game weekend and so much more!

The Pepper Shed

Welcome to "The Pepper Shed" named after our black lab. This is a unique utility shed with built-in living quarters located next to our family home located along the Cedar River. Beds are located in open loft upstairs and bathroom is located on the ground level. While staying, feel free to make yourself at home with private access to a patio, dog kennel, walk out balcony with full accommodations of Wi-Fi, TV with Roku, washer and dryer, outdoor grill and full kitchen.

The loft is located on the second floor up a flight of stairs. No elevator access. One free parking space in alley. Street parking also available.
