Appartement dans une villa de caractère située dans le quartier de Balmoral au dessus de la ville de Spa (3 km) et à 12 km du circuit de Spa-Francorchamps. L'appartement est situé au niveau du jardin et comprend une cuisine équipée avec un coin repas, une chambre avec un lit double d’1m80, une salle de bain avec douche et un WC indépendant. Il dispose d'une entrée individuelle et d'une vaste terrasse avec deux parties abritées pouvant être chauffées et jouit d’une vue magnifique sur la vallée.

Situé à la croisée des chemins entre : Aix-la-Chapelle(Aachen), Maastricht, Liège. Intérêt : ballades à pied, à vélo, brasserie artisanale, site minier, abbaye de Val Dieu, le cimetière américain, Valkenburg et Montjoie (Monschau) vallent le détour.
