Offering views of Table Mountain in the neighbourhood of Newlands, the home is steps away from Kirstenbosch National Botanical Garden and the lush hiking trails of Newlands Forest. Shopping at the Cavendish Square mall is a short drive away. Access to 1 big closed garage for 2 cars If you decide to hire a car, as it is easy to travel to all the various places of interest. Alternatively Uber functions exceptionally well in Cape Town.

Our clean and airy studio cottage is the perfect place for you to retreat & relax. It's also a great place for professionals and digital nomads to work as our WiFi works during loadshedding. The cottage is perfect for 2 people, but an extra infant bed is available on request for kids aged 2 & under. You'll have your own private entrance & access to the pool area which boasts a fire pit, braai, & outdoor dining area. The cottage is just a 2-minute drive from Woolies, Spar & takeaway places.

The perfect spot for you! Whether you looking to explore vibrant Cape Town and the Constantia Wine Valley, head to the beach for a family breakaway, or work remotely - Talana House is perfectly situated to be your base! Talana House is also on full backup power, so load shedding does not affect this unit. However, you'll probably fall in love with the spectacular mountain views, and luxury of the house that you'll just want to relax at home and make a traditional South African braai!

Historical Cape Dutch Homestead

Walloon Farm is a beautifully restored historical homestead. Our property manager will assist you on check in, show you around the house and go over the house rules. Our housekeeper is sometimes at the house for maintaining the common areas only. If you require her for extra services such as making beds, cleaning bathrooms or the kitchen there is a daily rate of R 50 per hour. The home comes with 24 hour security surveillance team that is usually stationed close to the house.

Set high on the mountain slopes of Constantia Nek, Blackwood Log Cabin has panoramic views across the lush valley to the mountains beyond. The 2 bedroomed house sleeps 4 with 2 bathrooms. Power outages are being experienced by SA - the oven/stove is gas, the hot water is gas, the internet is solar driven and we have 2 battery lights for guests use.

Outside there are views of the lush garden, salt water pool and glimpses of Table Mountain. The sheltered deck is a comfortable spot to enjoy the afternoon sun.

We have beautiful views over the water and of the Muizenberg Mountains. Surfers Corner Muizenberg is less than 5 mins drive away. We have SOLAR - so weather permitting, no load shedding issues affecting this home! Solar-heated pool, three sundecks and a terrace upstairs with lots of sunbeds, lounge furniture and a swing chair. Pedalo and SUP ready to be enjoyed on the marina. Weber gas grill on front patio.

This home is situated in the scenic Constantia Village on the border of Plumstead and Constantia. It is self- catering with a BBQ/Braai area and Pizza oven. Beat the heat by taking a dip in the refreshing swimming pool or have a fun-filled game of darts or pool. Designed for families or a group of friends. However, no parties or events allowed. This house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and free parking.
