Très agréable appartement traversant, de 55 m2, au 2ème étage. A 2' du vieux port (tout le plaisir sans les nuisances), 5' du marché central et 7' de la gare : parfait pour profiter à pieds de tous les charmes, nombreux, de La Rochelle. La vue y est reposante, sans vis-à-vis direct : le séjour au sud donne sur une petite place privative et les 2 chambres, au nord, sur le canal et l'Eglise Saint-Sauveur (XVII ème siècle).
