This adorable garden level condo has been completely remodled and offers granite counter tops, new stainless appliances, luxury vynal planking, tiled walk in shower and so much more. Located just 5 minutes from Rutherfordton Hospital, 13 minutes from the TIEC, and a short drive to Tryon. This is a garden level condo with a place above you so you may hear footsteps. Also, we had to install an up-flush system for the plumbing so you will hear the motor briefly as it pushes the water up.

This beautiful, private 748 sq. ft. executive studio is the bottom level of a house with its own private balcony & entry. There is a private pool on the property, onsite parking & access to Lake Adger marina a short drive away. Lake Lure is 10 min, Chimney Rock is 15 min, and TIEC is 15 min. Enjoy 14 miles of hiking trails from the house.
