Il nostro luminoso monolocale si trova al terzo piano di una piccola palazzina (senza ascensore!) in una stradina tranquilla del centro a due passi dal Minimetrò e da tutti i principali punti di interesse. La casa è piccola ma abbiamo cercato di renderla il più accogliente possibile e di arredarla con semplicità e con cura. La casa presenta un parcheggio privato con ingresso automatizzato e un piccolo spazio esterno. Può ospitare un massimo di cinque persone. The apartment, panoramic and very bright, is located in Corso Bersaglieri (Borgo Sant’Antonio), within the ancient medieval walls of the city, a few minutes walk from the Cathedral of San Lorenzo. I chose to furnish it using some objects from the ancient Umbrian peasant tradition to make you live the authentic experience of the Umbrian village. You will be able to park in Viale Sant'Antonio or park for free in the guarded car park with my card.

Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, the whole group will have easy access to all local attractions, located just 5 km from Perugia and 9 km from Assisi. A few steps away is the Ponte San Giovanni train station, just a 2-minute walk to the supermarket, and there are two pizzerias, two restaurants, a pharmacy, an ATM and a few shops nearby.
