Datant du 18ième siècle, cette maison était connue de tout le village et encore aujourd'hui beaucoup d'habitants se rappellent y avoir passé un moment. La rénovation a porté sur la mise en valeurs des matériaux naturels (bois, pierre) en ajoutant un côté moderne. Emplacement stratégique à mi-distance du Mont St Michel et des plages du débarquement, nous serons ravis de vous conseiller lors de votre séjour.

Set within a large private mature garden which is fully enclosed the cottage features a really comfortable interior making it the ideal place to visit all year round. My secluded cottage lies in the countryside of Normandy on a completely private terrain of, 8000m2 with an own driveway. The remote house sits alone in the hills with no neighbors and has a garden with cherry, apple and walnut trees. Explore the lush green grasslands and charming French hamlets right from the driveway. The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

Située à 100m du sentier littoral, vous aurez accès aux près salés pour découvrir les magnifiques panoramas qu'offre le site de la Roche Torin sur la merveille ou encore observer le mascaret lors des grandes marées. Vous pourrez également prendre vos vélos pour vous rendre au Mont en empruntant la voie verte.

Beautifully Presented House

Stunning Shabby chic home on the Cotentin coast, decorated to a high standard. The cottage is on the grounds of a large villa. It is in the centre of a very small village which has a bakery, small convenience shop, cafes and restaurants. It is a short walk to the beach. This is a convenient location for the Mont St Michel and exploring the Brittany/Normandie border.

'Le Petit Lapin' is a private 'boutique' cottage next to my farmhouse in the small Breton village of Sains. Its exposed beams and stone walls reveal its rural character, but it has all the modern amenities as well as ecological credentials (heat pump & solar panels) and its own large terrace.
