The townhouse has 4 reverse cycle air cons, one down stairs & one in each of the bedrms, plus a ceiling fan in each bedrm. Hosts Hazel and Haydon are nearby to help answer any questions. A spacious studio, it can sleep 2 people and possibly 4, on request. We are pet friendly and you may even hear our little dogs upstairs. 2 mins to town, there is space for your car and even your boat. Peaceful and quiet, guests love the ambiance and so will you.

It is private and has its own access. There is access to the seafront within metres and free use of kayaks is included. Our home is set on a an acre in beautiful Rustlers Gully, overlooking Boston Bay, this home will accomodate a large family or two. The yard is fully fenced, providing a secure area. There is room for a small caravan, camper, or boat next to shed at rear of property. There is also a two car carport at the rear of the house. Its a five minute drive to the city, or alternatively a popular 30 minute walk along the foreshore into town.
