Best location in the Harbor- It is a 40' boat so more like a large Floating RV than a hotel! There is plenty of room to sleep and relax. The boat doesn't ever leave the dock. You will get to experience living on a boat, but since it is always attached to the dock you will never have to worry about sea sickness! It is less than 100 feet to all the action at Ventura Harbor Village with restaurants, live music, shops, wine tasting, famous ice cream shop, a gorgeous beach, Island Packers, and more!

Monte Nido Retreat, minutes to Malibu/Pepperdine

Monte Nido is nestled in the Santa Monica Mountains between Calabasas and Malibu, 5 minutes away from Pepperdine University in Malibu. You can walk to the Backbone trail head from our yard. The guest house has a private entrance, full kitchen, bath and french doors that open up to a private patio with a fountain. There is also a private deck for star gazing and afternoon naps. Perfect for hiking, biking, surfing, and relaxation. There are no streetlights or sidewalks. It is truly paradise.

Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. My house is right in-between Santa Barbara and Los Angeles, 30 minutes from both! You will enjoy my place because there are beautiful beaches within minutes of driving. There is also a lot of restaurants and attractions nearby like paddle boarding in the harbor or taking a ferry to the islands.
