A cottage with a view at Tudor Ridge. Fully self contained stone farmhouse with two fireplaces. Two bedrooms with ensuite, one with Spa, also with kitchen and laundry. (For 2 guests, we lock off the second bedroom). The farmhouse was built back in the early 1900s as one of the original houses in the Kallista area. It boasts some of Melbournes most magnificant views. Views are to Cardinia Dam, down the Mornington Peninsula and to the Bays.

A peaceful 2-bedroom farm cottage on 20 acres in Boneo, between the ocean and bay beaches. There's plenty of room to slow down, breathe and enjoy the open space, yet we're only 7km from Rosebud and 5 minutes from Peninsula Hot Springs. Surrounded by paddocks, sheep and birdlife, you might hear frogs in the dams, see lambs in spring or pick mulberries in summer. On the third Saturday each month, Boneo Community Market is just down the road.
