Located minutes from Honor Heights Park, Saint Francis Hospital, Jack C. Montgomery Veterans Hospital, The Castle of Muskogee, The Five Civilized Tribes Museum, Hatbox Sports Complex & Bike Trail, our property is located near many local attractions and facilities just a stone's throw from fine dining and shopping as well. Enjoy a secluded stay off the main roads with a country feel. Deer and wildlife frequent the property with great views from the dining area and patio. Handicapped friendly!

Freeport Cottage - Hot Tub | Rose District

The Hot Tub is up and running! Walking distance to the Rose District, our newly constructed Cottage comes with full kitchen, washer/dryer, private parking and entrance. This peaceful studio is absolutely charming! The vibrant Rose District is perfect for window shopping, visiting local antique shops, and great dining! Easy expressway access means the Gathering Place, Utica Square, and downtown Tulsa are just a short drive. Enjoy morning coffee on the deck and rest well at the end of the day!

French Woods Quarters

Our guesthouse has a very warm, peaceful decor to parallel the nature around it. You will likely see many deer and other wildlife from the huge covered back porch while enjoying a meal cooked in your full kitchen. You will also have access to an attached single-car garage where there is also a washer and dryer available for your use. The pool is left open year round. Whether you need a place to get away and relax or place to call home while you're traveling for work, this is your place!

Cozy Country Cottage

This cozy cottage is set on five acres of scenic countryside just north-east of Tulsa. I designed and built this 480 square foot home for myself and lived in it happily for five years. But, now I’ve moved on to my next project and I’m eager to share this cottage with my guests! The house gets beautiful light, has a very comfortable bed, and is ideal for single travelers and couples. Take a soak in the tub after a long day on the road and feel your cares melt away. Stay a while, relax.

Private Studio Apartment in Claremore

A great overnight stop or week away from home. The studio is attached to homeowners house (converted garage space) but has separate, private coded entry. Driveway parking for one car. TV with antenna channels and streaming capability. WiFi available. Kitchenette area with coffee maker, fridge, sink and microwave. Empty nesters occupy home. Quiet and safe neighborhood. Two person maximum. Spacious open floor plan - one bedroom, one bathroom. The bed is a queen size bed.

South Tulsa Guest Suite

Enter from the backyard, into a shared laundry room with a hallway headed to your suite on your left. In that hall is a private restroom, right outside the door of your guest apartment suite. In the suite is a common room with a table and chairs for 2, coat/shoe rack, a queen bed and a pull out twin trundle. The large bedroom has a king bed, TV, closet, coffee/microwave cart and couch. The shared space, has a large fridge and a stainless steel sink for your use.

Curly’s Cabin

This single room log cabin overlooks our 35-acre lake and includes an outdoor fire pit, small deck with rocking chairs, indoor fireplace, efficiency kitchen with oven and petite fridge, AND A NEW WATER HEATING SYSTEM!!!!! This cabin is 30-yards from our conference and event center. If we have an event, you will likely see and hear guests and staff coming and going.

Secluded, cozy and a few steps from our private dock and access to the fun of summer water sports and fishing; or gather in comfy seating creating memories with family and friends around board games, wall-sized projector movies, or a warm crackling fire.
