Just under a mile from Old River Farms wedding venue, 20 minutes from downtown Wilmington, and just a little more to Wrightsville Beach. The house sleeps 10 adults or up to 12 with kids. Great views of Banks Channel from the large front deck. A short walk to the ocean, Johnny Mercer's fishing pier, restaurants and watering holes. Bring your paddle boards (or rent nearby) for easy access to Banks Channel just at the end of the street. Need more space? The downstairs unit is a 2 bedroom 1 bath and available for bookings also.
