Located 10 km from Warrnambool and the Great Ocean Road. Cottage is on a rural farm property in Wangoom. Beautiful setting, rolling grassy hills, sheep and cows, also bird attracting native trees, occasionally visited by wallabies and koalas. Cottage is a 5 minute walk to the Hopkins river, good for swimming in hot weather. Also a 5 minute drive to the Hopkins Falls. House is designed with sustainability in mind, thermal mass concrete floor, north facing aspect, well insulated, wood heating.

The Old Bond Store is situated in the heart of the CBD a short walk from the main street with uninterrupted harbour views . This large one-bedroom, mezzanine apartment has everything needed with a built in robe and a comfortable queen size bed. With a modern kitchen, a breakfast bar, dishwasher and open planned living with a gas fire heater. A private balcony overlooks the harbour. There is an office space with Wi-Fi.
