Tiny house situated in Porto Pollo “ paradise of kite and windsurf”. It’s is a studio full equipped. Perfect for couple or small family, there is a queen bed and a sofa bed. From the covered patio you can watch a bay and a valley. The kitchen is full equipped ( microwave, coffee machine and boiler). A second shower is situated in the patio. Wi-Fi, tv, washing machine, air conditioner are even included. Moreover there is a private parking. It is 5 km far away to Palau and 35 km from Olbia.

L’appartamento è composto al piano terra da un piccolo soggiorno con cucina a vista e divano letto (due letti singoli, il secondo è estraibile), mentre al piano primo si trovano la camera matrimoniale con balcone e il bagno; è inoltre dotato di ampio spazio esterno ad uso esclusivo con bbq privato. Posto auto riservato. Piscina condominiale con apertura stagionale. L’appartamento è dotato di Smart Tv (no antenna) e pocket Wi-Fi.
