There is a very spacious living area with a sofa and fireplace. The kitchen is fully equipped and communicates with the garden and the pool through glass shutters. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower. Outside, a lovely patio with barbecue and view on the rolling hills of Campania. Also, a table and chairs for outside dining, and sunbeds and deckchairs to relax in the sun.

La villa si trova a circa 200 mt dal bivio in direzione Centola in zona residenziale ed immersa nel verde. Per raggiungere il centro e le spiagge è indispensabile l'auto, ma la distanza è davvero breve! La casa è un ampio monolocale, le due zone notte, sono separate da una tenda oscurante. A solo 1,5 km dal centro, Torre Gigliano fu costruita nel XII secolo ai piedi dell’altopiano delle Murge, è immersa in una distesa di ulivi nell’agro di Ruvo di Puglia, paese ricco di storia. Utilizzata come torre di avvistamento e come osservatorio astronomico, la dimora è arricchita da una scala a chiocciola in pietra, unica nel suo genere e di straordinaria bellezza. I frutti di un piccolo orto e di un frutteto biologici sono a disposizione degli ospiti a seconda della stagione in corso.
