The apartment is located on a new area of Lisbon called Parque das Nações, within a five minutes walking distance to the nearest Metro station, Oriente. In these new area you have several museums including the Oceanarium, parks and restaurants by the river and a Casino. The city center is a 15 minutes ride by Metro. The apartment has a balcony with great views facing the river Tagus. You can enjoy a private parking with the option to charge electric cars. It’s a closed box with 2,1m wide door.

The house has two floors. On the lower floor, there is a living room and dining area. We have a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, induction stovetop, microwave, kettle, toaster, and Nespresso coffee maker. There is also an adjoining room with an American-style refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer. There is also a toilet on this floor. On the upper floor, there are three bedrooms and one full bathroom with a shower. The house has 90m2 (45m2 per floor) and a 340m2 garden.

Located in a very quiet non-traffic street, just 250 m from the train station, that come directly from Lisbon and also the bus stops, all in a walking distance. It's a fully equipped nest, with all the kitchen amenities, 2 suites with private bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. In the patio you can enjoy a breathtaking view to “Castelo dos Mouros” and enjoy the fantastic sun light.

It is quiet and serene and yet within walking distance to a lively cafe which serves excellent meals. It is 15 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the lovely town of Caldas da Rainha.
