Futon in living area converts to full bed for 2nd or 3rd guest. Keurig coffeemaker, mini-fridge, and microwave. NO KITCHEN. Off-street parking. Self check-in with keypad. Great retreat for Razorback game weekends, sporting events, graduation, and festivals at only 20 min drive from University of Arkansas in Fayetteville. We are within 5 minutes of Prairie Grove's Antique District, Battlefield State Park, and the Prairie Grove Aquatic Park. Amenities include kitchenette, pool, basketball court, and beautiful grounds. Sleeps 3 comfortably but can sleep up to 5 with air mattress (included).

Located at Hog Valley RV & Treehouse Resort, this small cabin is 1 exit to the U of A. Walmart, Lowe’s and several restaurants nearby. Featuring a queen bed, counter table with stools, small refrigerator, microwave, coffee service and television. Pull right up to the door! Hog Valley amenities are included. While we offer several tv channels we do not have reliable Wi-Fi. If you require Wi-Fi for streaming, work or school please bring your own device. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS-NO SMOKING OR VAPING!

In the evening, enjoy the cliffside firepit nestled next to the peaceful waterfall! 11-minute drive to Razorback Stadium and 5 minutes from the interstate!
