Welcome to our 52 m² studio in Zadar, featuring a Mediterranean garden with olive, citrus and fig trees that provide shade and tranquility after a day of exploring. Guests are welcome to enjoy fresh seasonal vegetables and fruit from the garden. You might also spot our friendly cat, Sparky 🐾. Kuća (apartmani) Markulin nalaze se u Preku svega nekoliko metara od mora u prekrasnom ugođaju. Fantastičan položaj 200 m od trajektnog pristaništa, omogućuje gostima lako snalaženje i brz dolazak do samog objekta. Kuća je ograđena visokim, kamenim, zidovima koji jamče potpunu privatnost.Vrt je pun mediteranskog bilja u kojemu je smješteno dječje igralište. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni sadržaji (restorani, supermarketi, kafići, mesnica, ribarnica, sportski teren,pekarnica).

Calm Oasis Zara

My place is close to art and culture, parks.We are set in quite neighbrhood, very close to the center of old part of town, you can take a beutiful walk by the sea, at the beutiful sunset(rated by Hitchcock), and get in old town. Nearby are beautiful city beaches, the closest one is 7 minutes walking, if you donT like the walking or you dont have a car the bus station is 1 minut away from the apartment. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, and the people.

Studio apartment Kali/island Ugljan

Excellent, romantic place for couples, brand new, holiday apartment is situated on the main island road, halfway from the ferry dock to the center of Kali. All the places on these two relaxing islands, with beautiful beaches and breathtaking views are within 15 min drive range. Apartment has a wonderful view on Zadar channel and is distant only few minutes from the nearest beach. It's equipped with wifi internet, tv, stove, fridge, freezer, microwave and water cooker.

Marinero (center) - self check-in

Spacious, sunny, fully furnished apartment, with two balconies, in center of town will make your stay in Zadar unique experience. If you don't have internet or working cellphone and cannot reach us while you are travelling, you can do a self check-in. You'll get the instructions after you book the apartment and it's really easy to use it. The apartment building is located on the street which leads directly to the old part of the town, within 7 min walking distance.

Mrđina house is a stone house located in Kali on the island of Ugljan. Is located on top of the hill and offers a perfect view of Kornati, Dugi Otok, Iž .The house has solar energy and provides you with normal electricity usage! Light is exellant inside and out of the house.You will enjoy in the beautiful nature ambience.The house is perfect for people wanting adventure and exploring natural beauty! PRIVATE TRADITIONAL HOUSE IN THE CITY - priv park

Our house is located in a nice and quiet street. It is near the old city, local beaches and hotel resort services at the beach all 10-15 min walk away. All other services are close by. Main bus station is 7 min from my house. Free parking space is available in front of house. It is at the end of a dead end street so it is extremely quiet. Our house is suitable for up to 5 people ( 2 double beds, 1 single bed ).

Apartman se nalazi u samome centru grada Zadra, na poluotoku. Interijer je novouređen, sa svim potrebnim sadržajima (wi-fi, klima, tv., kupaonica i kuhinja). Udaljenost od gradske plaže "Kolovare" je cca. pet minuta pješke.
