Fresh interior with recent major renovation while maintaining its antique charm. It has 3 bedrooms, central AC, off-street parking for 3 cars, washer/ dryer, 2.5 baths. Sunny outdoor deck & dining area, gas grill, & close to everything in PTown!

Unique Waterfront Artist Cottage

Once a horse stable, Lil Rose now sleeps up to five just a short walk from a private beach. PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING: Rentals in season (April-October) are only offered by the week (Saturday-Saturday). November rentals are offered with a 4-night minimum. Rentals December-March are offered with a 3-night minimum. Pets are accepted (max 2) but you MUST let us know in your booking request about your pet so that we can prepare the property. There is a PET FEE that must be paid prior to check in.

West End detached cottage ideally located between Commercial and Bradford Streets, across from Mussel Beach Gym and a block to all of the excitement Provincetown has to offer. Restaurants, bars, and beaches are at your doorstep. The cottage was rebuilt in 2008 with the charm you would expect from a Provincetown cottage and filled with natural light from windows on all four sides. The cottage has a large private enclosed stone patio complete with hot/cold outdoor shower with areas for seating.

The property has two floors with an upstairs loft bedroom suite with a massive table desk and it's own living room. Plenty of work surfaces and great WiFi. Ptown is the perfect place to escape from the city for long term lodging or a long weekend. The rental comes with one parking spot next to building. During the busy summer season - June - September we kindly request weekly rentals running Saturday to Saturday. Please note - due to high demand check in is not before 3pm and check out is at 10am.
