Argyll Reserve Studio

We welcome you to stay in our self contained studio, positioned on the ground floor of our home. The 1x bedroom studio features kitchen, bathroom, living space with aircon, an outdoor courtyard & roadside parking. It has its own private access, seperate from the main house entrance. If you’re concerned with noise, this perhaps isn’t the place for you as our living room is directly above the studio. We have a young family & 2 dogs who can be noisy at times. Generally from 8pm to 7am it’s quiet.

Bel Tramonto is Italian for "beautiful sunset" and there are plenty of those on offer at this peaceful and private rural retreat. The 50's stop there with a queen bed & quality linens and a choice of pillows from the pillow library You have exclusive access to the self-contained suite located on the ground floor of our home Located close to Copper Crest, Althorp Village, Grace Hospital, 7 min drive to Ataahua, 10 min to Tauriko business district and Toi Ohomai Polytech, 15 min to Tauranga CBD Rate includes breakfast of granola, stewed fruit, toast.

Sweet Retreat

This studio-sized cabin is self-contained and approximately 100 meters from the main house. It has a very comfortable Queen-size bed with an electric blanket for colder months. A spacious deck with waterfall views and walnut trees compliments the cabin. It is situated on a 20-acre rural property, with a 20-minute drive to downtown Tauranga and a 10-minute drive to Bethlehem and Tauriko Crossing, offering dining and shopping options. Continental breakfast is included. Uber Eats also delivers!

This guest suite includes; a queen sized bed, fully tiled bathroom, lounge area and a fully equipped kitchenette. Ample secure off street parking available. Breakfast is not provided.
