Guest will need to SHARE common space such as KITCHEN, and BATHROOM with other guest Other things to now; Quest will be sharing space with the host. Please be considerate of other guest and lower your TV volume/noise after 10pm.

We are 1.5 blocks away from the J Subway (111th Street stop) which takes you into Manhattan in 40 min, under 30 min with LIRR to Penn station, 15min to JFK and 12 min drive to LGA. We are half a block from grocery stores & restaurants and the beautiful Forest Park which is an ideal location to end the day with a stroll through the forest.
