Our spacious, modern one bedroom flat has private entry, lounge, well equipped kitchenette, private sun deck and stunning mountain views. Located in Arthurs Point, we are only a few minutes drive from Queenstown (5km/2.5miles) Coronet Peak Ski Field/MTB, 2 brew pubs, Shotover River walks and bike tracks, Onsen hot pools, and multiple adventure activities are just minutes from the front door. Private (off-street) parking is available onsite and the public bus is 5 just minutes walk away.

Frankton, private room with own access + bathroom

We offer a double-glazed private room with own access, shower, bathroom, microwave, stoves suitable to cook breakfast/light meals, fridge, toaster and kettle. It is a small unit but select and it is not part of the main house which guarantees ultimate privacy for you. Great to explore the local tracks (private access to reserve/track), 5 mins walk to Kawarau Falls. Close to the shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. Golf course, pool, airport and rental car hire in walking distance.

Our private studio apartment has everything you need for a relaxing get away. It has its own separate entrance and is private, we do live upstairs, so we are here if you need anything, but respect your privacy. Keep it simple at this peaceful yet centrally located place. You will have panoramic views of the mountains and lake, while still having access to Queenstown’s bars, restaurants, shops, and activities. Free parking is available on a quiet culdesac. Central Queenstown is a 30-40 min walk (steeply downhill). The apartment is on the lower level of our property, and has great WiFi for working. The separate entrance and outdoor balcony area make it perfect for couples wanting privacy.

Spectacular sunset views over the lake. Top cafes and restaurants nearby. Five min drive into Arrowtown and base of Coronet Peak in 10 min. Close to all ski fields. Avoid the traffic. Peaceful and quiet location. Friendly and helpful hosts who live upstairs. Simply perfect!!

Perkin’s Lake View Apartment

Private unit, (attached to a main house) one bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, living area, hot tub, and outside sitting area over looking the marina and The Remarkables. Cafe's, brewery, wine bars 2 minute walk. Please note it's a shared drive way, and the spa is on the drive way we absolutely respect every guests privacy. we will be sharing the driveway to enter the property, but two separate entrances. Please note two guests only as it is small and cosy.
