Our farm store is stocked with our own TX Longhorn beef and pasture-raised chicken and eggs, plus curated with local products. Water Forest Retreat -Octagon

Water Forest retreat is a very private 122ft.² electrified and heated cedar octagon next to a brook on 56 acres of forest with a pond, waterfall, marsh and hiking trails. Cozy up in this quiet comfortable space while listening to Goldmine brook while you sleep. South County House is a 1500 sq ft two bedroom, 1.5 bath cape built in 1936 that sits on nearly an acre of land, 3/4 of a mile from the ocean in Westerly, RI. It borders preserved forest, and there is a small family farm across the street. The house has been thoughtfully redesigned and renovated with relaxation in mind, and provides an ideal escape from the distractions and noise of modern life. Our cozy property is on the water with ocean and pond views from the porch and sun deck, providing stunning sunrises and sunsets. You will have private saltwater pond access right in the backyard, as well as private ocean beach access with our beach tags. The Pond House is home to 100 years of memories for our family.
