(2 enkel - senger på hems og dobbelseng i allrom) Sanitærfasiliteter som dusj og toalett finnes bak egen inngang i hovedhuset på gården. Buss går ofte,men fordel å ha bil. Oppdatert WiFi.

Badet et innredet med Cinderella forbrenningstoalett og Cinderella urinal, dusjkabinett og servant . Det er åpen stue/kjøkkenløsning og på stuen er det TV. Har internett. Det er ikke oppvaskmaskin eller vaskemaskin på hytta. Det er egen parkeringsplass. Hytten leies ut i sommerhalvåret,
