There is a cycleway directly outside, easy access to the 'Manawhero River' Walking Track and a 1 minute drive to either the centre of town or the base of Mount Ruapehu. There is space for 7 guests and the location is handy to town and the Turoa ski field road. In cold weather snuggle up with plenty of throws, cushions and a warm fire. No parties allowed.
