This is all for your private use with your own front door, in effect a self contained unit.

The private annex is self contained and has an enclosed courtyard area as a private outdoor space. There is also a shared large lawn set within 2 acres with a beautiful natural area with large mature trees and scenic views and a swing seat for two. There is a shared conservatory for both annexes. Rose Cottage is our 1680’s cottage set in the heart of the the Castle Donington conservation area. Easily accessible from from the M1, M/A42, or A50, and close by to East Midlands Airport and Donington Park race track. Only a minutes walk to the Village centre and a choice of restaurants, bars and pubs. This cosy cottage has all that you might need to have a lovely break. We live nearby, and will be on hand to help with anything you may need.

Sunny upstairs annexe space in our family home, a bespoke timber frame, eco build. Big bedroom with double bed in the eaves with spare bed option for the main living space. Bathroom, kitchenette at one end of the living area with room for extra bed. Easy to reach East Midlands Airport and station, whilst Nottingham Uni's agricultural college is just across the road (not even a five minute walk!).
