Sit outside on the porch and watch the deer walk by with the river as a backdrop. Play horseshoes out back. 18 miles south of Saratoga, with fishing, hunting, hiking, and riding opportunities within a 30 minute drive of the property in multiple directions. This is a 3 bedroom apartment in an 8 unit building. It is an upper level unit situated above a garden-level unit, so you must be able to climb 1/2 flight of stairs to get to the unit. The outside is not manicured. Please do not expect grass and beautiful landscaping. The inside of the unit is very comfortable.
