Mulberry Cabin is conveniently located halfway between Charleston and the capital city of Columbia in Rowesville, SC. Please note the cabin is located in a small town, not in the country. Rowesville is 11 minutes from the beautiful Edisto Memorial Gardens in Orangeburg. Orangeburg has many restaurants, Wal-Mart, and a Starbucks near I-26. Columbia is about an hour away. Charleston is about 75 minutes away. Enjoy a break from Wi-Fi as you watch a DVD and relax in a 130 year old rustic cabin.

The Cottage for Two

The Cottage was built in the late 1930's for a local church and was used as a Sunday school room, for receptions, etc.. In 2004 we relocated the Hut, as it was once called, to this site and restored it to it's existing condition, staying with it's late 30's roots. It and main house sets on 5 beautifully landscaped acres and is located only 7 minutes from historic downtown Summerville. Please note that this is NOT INTENDED AS A VENUE and is a SHARED POOL, not exclusive to the pool house guest.

Guest House/Villa

Enjoy your stay at this immaculately designed new build Villa. Located on a family property surrounded by 2 acres of trees, in a quiet rural neighborhood. Lots of privacy, peace and quiet, yet only 5 minutes from restaurants and stores. 15 minutes from Downtown Summerville, 40 minutes from Charleston and various coastal attractions. The villa is separate from main house and has no shared space other than the driveway. NO smoking, No pets. Laundry service available for long stays.

Lazy Dog Acres “Mini Suite”

Relax by one of the 2 ponds with water features or on the patio. Take a walk around the pond with Isaac or Isabella (Great Danes)as your guide on our 13 acres. Sorry no pets allowed! There is a a micro, fridge & coffee mkr in ur suite. Cook your meal in our shared kitchen. All linens are sanitized w/ high temp sanitizing wash. You have your own private entrance so come and go as you please! Airbnb designated parking. I live on the 2nd floor should u need assistance !

Welcome to your home away from home! Whether it is for a one-night stop in between destinations or for an extended stay to enjoy the history and attractions of the Charleston area, Simmons Sweet Suite has everything you need to be comfortable on your trip. This peaceful place is 50 minutes from historic Charleston market, and 5 minutes from I- 95. It is a 1bedroom, 1 bathroom mother-in-law suite separate with tenants in the main house on the property.

Located next to the family farmhouse at Wild Goose Flower Farm, The Goose Cottage was designed to immerse guests in our calm and peaceful country life. We are located 15 minutes from the hearts of Cane Bay, Nexton and Exit 194 on I-26, and 45 minutes from Downtown Charleston. Our getaway is on the Edisto River, located on a secluded bluff with breath taking views overlooking the longest black river in SC . Relax to a quiet and peaceful evening on the deck while enjoying the hot tub. Perfect for couples celebrating a birthday or anniversary. Boat access available. Located only one hour from Charleston and an hour and a half from Columbia. No pets please. WE NOW HAVE WIFI!

Secluded 1 bedroom camper/RV with free parking.

This memorable place is anything but ordinary. Located on private property tucked away off Hwy 78 East. 20 minutes from Charleston International Airport and 7 minutes from downtown Summerville. It has a queen-sized bed, and the dining table converts to a full-sized bed. You'll have access to a comfortable firepit and seating area and a barbecue grill if you want to grill out.

Ellzey Place

Ellzey Place is a peaceful spot where you can relax and unwind. Enjoy having a cup of coffee on the deck facing a spacious private back yard. There are lots of azaleas that bloom in season and pines swaying in the breeze. It is a charming apartment attached to the owner's house but has a private deck and entrance. It has been newly remodeled and delightfully decorated.

Easy 30 minute drive to downtown Charleston. You have your own private side entrance above the garage with private bed and bath in the loft. Great get-away!
