Waterside Retreat on Oulton Broad -Suffolk.

The Boathouse is a single story building in a contemporary design, close to the main house with a shared garden going down to the waterside of Oulton Broad. Oulton Broad, has a variety of places to eat, a museum in the park and boat trips. Carlton Marshes is a stunning nature reserve and cafe. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

Mustard Pot Cottage is a charming 18th century barn conversion. The property comprises luxurious accommodation with a pretty enclosed south-facing garden which overlooks a pond. There is a light airy bedroom with a king size bed and a chest of drawers, a bathroom with a spacious walk in shower and a very well equipped kitchen with a dining and seating area. Peacock is a beautiful Shepherd Hut hidden in the quiet woods of historic Ketteringham Hall. A superb place to explore nearby Norwich & Norfolk. The Broads & Norfolk coast are close. The hut has a king size bed, wood burning stove and ensuite bathroom with shower. There is a lovely area surrounded by trees complete with picnic table, BBQ and firepit for 'relaxing. There are 38 acres of grounds to explore plus a large lake .The Orangery Tea Room is on site serving breakfast & teas.

Crown Cove House is a newly refurbished annexe in historic beachfront detached Victorian home, just 50m from the beach, tennis courts, Kensington Gardens and a lovely beach cafe. - Murphy Bed - 50” smart tv with Netflix, Disney Plus etc. - outdoor area with bistro table - Newly fitted kitchen & bathroom Suitable for up to 2 adults and 2 small children. No groups. The rest of the house is our family home, we live on site and will be available to help (unless we’re at the beach!)

Beautifully positioned just a stone’s throw away from the River Waveney, this charming 2 bedroom cottage is idyllically located in the heart of the thriving market town of Beccles, within minutes’ walk to the many independent boutiques and chain shops, an excellent collection of eateries. With the local Lido and easy access to an array of activities the river has to offer such as canoeing, kayaking, river trips and many more, there really is something for everybody.
