L'appartement se situe sur la Presqu’île, dans l'hyper-centre de Lyon, à 200 mètres de la place Bellecour, à proximité de la gare Perrache et à quelques minutes à pied du vieux Lyon. Tous les commerces de proximité sont facilement accessibles. Vous pourrez profiter de votre séjour en vous déplaçant à pieds ou avec les TCL (Transports en Commun Lyonnais). deux stations de Vélov sont à moins de 50 mètres de la résidence. Suite parentale de 35 m2 avec douche italienne, double vasques, wc indépendant, climatisation. Mezzanine de 30 m2. Les deux lits font 160X200. Terrasse privative avec barbecue weber.
