In privileged surroundings encircled by mountains, ski stations and cycling summits at the foot of the chaine of the Belledonne mountains. The very comfortable renovated haybarn has exposed beams, view of roof structure through glass ceiling, stone walls and wooden floors but with a modern contempary touch. A deck to sit, listen and admire the breathtaking countryside, it's wildlife (Refuge ASPAS) and the horses who live on the farm, whilst savouring the pure tranquility .. and a glass of wine!

In the old stables, there are 3 small, charming studios for 2 persons, each with private terrace and private entrance. Every morning , we bring bread, croissants, juice, butter and jam at your doorstep so you can enjoy a relaxed breakfast. Charging station available on request for an additional fee.

Grange rénovée à La Vineuse proche de Cluny

Notre gîte a été rénové en partie par nous même afin d'en faire un lieu accueillant et reposant. Cette ancienne grange où mon grand-père puis mon papa y ont pressé la vendange, de cette époque il reste la vis du pressoir qui trône fièrement au centre de la pièce de vie. Le charme de l'ancien côtoie le confort des matériaux modernes, nous espérons que vous trouverez en ce lieu un havre de paix pour vous ressourcer. The awesome 150 year old barn brought back to a new life by the owner - a designer that believes in respecting time and history - today has become a shelter where materials reign and live together.

Lo Grenier - Chalet con vista a Saint Barthélemy

È una tipica casa di montagna, situata nel villaggio Le Cret a 1770 m di quota, la cui costruzione risale al XVI secolo e veniva utilizzata come granaio per lo conservazione dei cereali. Si tratta di una porzione di fabbricato che fa parte di un complesso completamente ristrutturato e, come per le altre unità abitative, la ristrutturazione è avvenuta mantenendo il più possibile lo stile e i materiali originali, compatibilmente con le necessità abitative moderne.

La casa nasce dalla ristrutturazione di un vecchio fienile con un ciliegio in giardino .....oggi e' diventata Casa Vacanze il Ciliegio... Immersa in un ampio giardino gode di una splendida vista sulla nostre montagne . Nei mesi invernali , il sole non scalderà le vostre giornate ma il calore del camino rendera' unico il soggiorno. Casa Vacanze " Il Ciliegio " è situata in una zona strategica alle porte del Parco Nazionale del Gran Paradiso .

Ce logement occupe une ancienne étable voûtée , à laquelle nous avons rajouté une construction plus moderne pour l'aménagement d'une cuisine et d'une salle de Bain. Nous avons essayé d'apporter une ambiance chaude et poétique, en utilisant un mélange pierre et bois. Grâce à de grande porte vitrée cette appartement et lumineux. A vingt minutes à pied, vous pourrez rejoindre un plan d'eau (en été). Nombreuses randonnées pédestre ou à bicyclette.
