We welcome guests looking for a comfortable and restful stay in our home in the beautiful seaside village of Rhyll. Our home is a 10 minute stroll to 2 local cafés & a restaurant & 10 minute drive from Cowes, where you will find numerous restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and specialty shops. You will have secure access to the lower level of our home with separate entrance. The apartment includes 2 queen sized bedrooms, lounge/dining with TV, bathroom with bath & shower, laundry with kitchenette.

Enjoy a perfect getaway in a private pet friendly, beautifully renovated 40 foot high cube . The container is positioned in the top half a double block , and is surrounded by native gardens . The container is fitted out with all you will need for a perfect stay . It has a large deck for the evening barbecue, following a day at the closest beach Smiths 🏄 a 5 minute drive , or after exploring the many attractions of Phillip Island and Gippsland. If you have a dog it is completely secure .

The Sunderland Beach Cottage

Welcome to The Sunderland, a beach cottage located at the rear of property behind a Quaker barn shed. Located in the Sunderland Bay area on Phillip Island Victoria, home of the world famous Penguin Parade, within 10 minutes walk of Surfies Point Surf beach and 3 km from safe surf beach at Smiths Beach. The cottage built in 2014 is modern, fully self- contained, perfect for couples or a family with off street parking and safe play yard for children. Wheelchair ramp, Highchair & portable cot.

This property is located within 2 minute walk to Rhyll Foreshore which has a Fish & Chip shop, The Foreshore Bar & Restaurant, licenced cafe and Indian restaurant. Sea Boating access and facilities, Foreshore Fun, Fishing, and a pier. Plenty of room for 2 families plus a safe rear yard for boats etc. Cowes is a 7min drive with more restaurants, supermarkets and shops. All surf and swimming beaches are nearby. There is plenty to see and do within close proximity. A wonderful holiday spot.

Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. Not only will you love the tranquillity and ease of access to tourist attractions, we are 6.8km from the Phillip Island Grand Prix Circuit and within 5 mins of the beaches, cafes, wineries & great bushwalking. We have two Air BNB's with approx 20m between them at the rear (see photos) with access to both from the shared driveway.
