Enjoy the natural beauty of the lake from the covered porch, stone patio, or the dock. This two bedroom cottage is great for a small family getaway any time of the year! Come enjoy fishing, boating, and swimming all from your own private dock. Please note that during the winter months weather conditions can rapidly change. AWD or 4WD is recommended for winter stays. Also, occasional power outages do occur year round due to weather. During prolonged outages, generator power can be provided.

Inflate one of the tubes kept in the basement and take a float down the river. In the evening, roast marshmallows over the fire pit in the backyard while you watch fireflies flicker around the creek. Only a short drive (approximately 30 minutes) to Binghamton, NY and Scranton, Pa. Nearby activities include hiking at Salt Springs State Park, golf, and shopping. Also, enjoy kayaking, swimming, fishing right here on the Lake! My place is good for couples and families (with kids).
