Situated in the grounds of an impressive country house, the Goat Shed is the stylishly renovated ground floor of a 19th century barn, with a kingsize four poster bed, claw foot bath and woodburning stove. Deer roam through the gardens, and our wood burning stove makes nights in perfectly cosy. A great spot from which to explore the forest, or simply relax in comfort.

The Sail Loft: lovely River views

Accessed by an outside wooden staircase, the Sail Loft has a very large window providing wonderful views across the water meadows of the River Avon. This is a lovely, light-filled but cosy large studio room. There’s a kitchenette and a woodburner for those winter evenings, and we’re on the edge of the New Forest with lots of beautiful walks and cycling routes all year round. There are so many good pubs locally, and we are also only a half-hour drive from the South coast and its beaches.

Attached to a beautiful farm house, the Bolt Hole offers a wonderful place to relax. Enjoy the hot tub and take in the garden and paddock views. When it is chilly, draw the curtains and light the wood burner. Quiet and peaceful yet 2 minutes' drive from a great village which has two super pubs. 5 miles from beaches and 5 minutes' drive onto the open Forest. Bring your dogs & horse too! We have stables & a manege. Meet our donkeys, horse & birds and relax in the New Forest National Park.

Piilopirtti - a traditional Finnish log cabin

Spend your days in a traditional Finnish log cabin with a grass roof. Step outside and be enveloped by rhododendrons and enjoy sitting in front of a fire pit or a BBQ amongst trees and nature. The main room is for sleeping and living with a super-king size bed, table, TV, 2 easy chairs. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. Cabin is not fenced in. Adjacent to Ringwood Forest where you will find a cycle trail, Moors Valley Country Park, a golf course and a lake.

Red Oak Barn within the New Forest National Park

Our barn is unique, rustic and quirky, being made from recycled materials, resulting in a homely atmosphere. We’re at the western side of the National Park. Access to/from London is very good. Our market town (Ringwood) is nearby, as are beaches, the Purbecks, the Jurassic Coast, and local tourist attractions. The barn is secluded and suitable for couples, families, older folk and business people. We also accept dogs, provided owners accept and adhere to our pet rules.
