Apartmant Mareta III is part of the original house that is over 200 years old, which is a cultural monument existing in the Austro Hungarian maps from the XIX century. The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. Apartmant has a handmade double bed, sofa, Wi-Fi, android TV, cable TV, air conditioner , unique rustic kitchen, microwave and fridge.

15th century Ottoman house

The tiny house is simple and beautiful. We turned the strong walls of the Ottoman building 15th century into a unique dwelling. At your disposal is a room with a large bed, two terraces and a balcony with magnificent sea views. Additionally, there are common spaces: a large terrace with barbecue, kitchen, shower, toilet. Plus, the whole village built in the 14th century with 4 churches, 2 old schools, abandoned and beautiful houses and breathtaking views of forests, mountains and the sea.

Mosaic Penthouse Condo is new apartment that we offer from May 2023. and we have used all our quite successful experience in its renovation.

 Since we only had 5 star reviews and earned the Superhost status- we didn't have much to fix, we just improved our offer even more. Everything that was big - now is even bigger (145 square meters) and everything that was modern - is now even more modern and all in order to provide our guests with the perfect place to relax or work remotely.

Kotor - Stone House by the Sea

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The studio/apartment is located on the first floor of the house and features its own kitchen, bathroom, and private balcony. My place is located in Risan just 10 minutes away ( foot) from city center. Apartment is situated on the first floor of family house, suraround by Mediterans greenery. My family is living on the ground floor of house. Apartment contains 78 square m and it is comfortable even for two families. It has 3 bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen with all equipment, table, tv, 3 air conditions and terrace. Wi fi is free and parking place of course.
