The Floathouse - Floating tiny home on the Murray

The Floathouse is a luxury tiny home floating on the Murray River offering a unique and romantic experience an hour from Adelaide. Features include an outdoor bath, queen bed, sofa, WIFI, ensuite with toilet/shower, large deck with sun loungers, dining table, double swing, separate swimming platform and a BBQ for those wanting to make the most of the river views. Our kitchenette is equipped with everything you require to prepare meals. The Floathouse is moored permanently within a gated marina.

Take in the magical golden cliffs or look towards the river and hills while you relax and enjoy some respite :)

Luxury 2 storey home in the heart of the Barossa Valley with pool table and antique baby grand piano. 3 bedrooms have queen beds and the 4th with a double with bunk and an extra bed, suitable for a fourth couple or children. 1800's historic farmhouse on acreage for up to 6 guests. We provide breakfast provisions such as, Barossa sourdough, local eggs, vine- ripened tomatoes, Smokehouse bacon and dairy man butter. A bottle of premium Gumpara Wine and a platter of locally sourced produce on arrival. Fresh milk, Barossa tea and coffee and local jams are also complimentary. Included in your stay is a complimentary private transfer to Gumpara Wines for up to 5 guests.

Ovenden Lodge Guesthouse

OVENDEN LODGE offers dog-friendly accommodation, in a self-contained "granny flat" surrounded by open paddocks at the southern entrance to historic Gawler. With its ponies, birds and chickens, it is a quiet, private retreat for 1-2 adults, complete with cedar hot tub and sauna. Unfortunately, due to the ponds and animals on the property, Ovenden Lodge is NOT suited for children. Dogs and ponies are welcome by individual prior arrangement.

Sweet Caroline Quaint 3 bdrm, 2 bthrm house & spa

Quaint and cosy house, five years old with homely touches. Enjoy sitting on the back deck looking out at the Palmer hills. Spa generally needs to be booked ahead of time and will take you up to 5 hours to heat after payment for $50/night. Please make sure of availability during booking to avoid disappointment.
