This luxe contemporary art inspired 1 bedroom non smoking/vaping) downstairs adults only apartment that is packed with very bold colors and is situated in an urban core Murray Hill/ Riverside area and is close to downtown , the interstates and the trendy restaurant district! This is a self contained one bedroom apartment that is part of an upstairs downstairs duplex. This is Florida and we do have bugs. We have monthly service but occasionally one gets inside .That doesn’t mean the unit is dirty
