Hello! We are Rob and Kate and we have poured our heart and soul into our guest house. Tucked away on the outskirts of sleepy Lympsham, enjoy the countryside around you whilst resting your legs after walking the renowned mendips. Enjoy a glass of wine whilst watching the many birds in the surrounding trees or be a little more adventurous with the numerous local cycle routes. We look forward to meeting you on your stay. The hosts normally live in the property and offer guests the choice of having either hosted accommodation or completely self-contained accommodation (the former with continental breakfast, local knowledge and free 'taxi' rides into town).

Homestead West Wing is a self contained luxury accommodation in a beautiful 1840 country house. Close to easy travel links with a bus stop a short walk away, but a quiet secluded setting with lovely gardens, paddocks and stables with friendly equine residents including Bluey the miniature pony. Accommodation comprises breakfast room, kitchen with air fryer, hob and combo microwave oven, shower room and 25sqm bedroom / lounge with open log fire. Storage for bikes etc available.

Cosy studio

A completely self-contained annex-come-studio in our garden. It has everything you need for a short stay in Cardiff and is very close to lovely parks, cafes, restaurants and shops and is 25 mins walk or ten mins bus ride to town - the bus stop is right behind the annex. It is suitable for a couple, two friends (there's a pull-out single bed in the living area) or a couple with a child. We converted our garage during lockdown and created this unique and cosy space.

Yellow Welsh Cottage-Coastal Retreat Village View

Charming Welsh 1850s chapel cottage with parking and fast wifi, in St Brides Major village. This 2 bedroom cottage has been refurbished to a high standard offering a king bedroom and a triple (sleeps 5), smart TV with netflix and a fully equipped kitchen. The cottage garden has been tastefully landscaped and is a cosy intimate space with built in BBQ. Only 1 minute walk from 'The Fox' pub. Walks directly from the cottage, and the local beaches only a mile away.

Gwyn Lodge

A self contained bungalow comprising of a bathroom with a bath and a shower, a living room, a fully equipped kitchen diner including a washing machine, iron with ironing board, an electric cooker, microwave and a fridge freezer. A spacious bedroom with a double bed and a suitable laptop work space / dressing table with a hairdryer. The bungalow is well situated on the grounds of our main house and has off road parking is available.

Cosy Stable @ Oak Farm

A cosy and tranquil converted stable in our courtyard, perfect for a weekend getaway among the Welsh countryside. We are close to so many incredible places to visit and are a short drive away to good restaurants, pubs and shops. We provide a freshly made loaf of bread on arrival and milk, butter and home made marmalade & jam. Also tea and coffee. There is also a pub serving good within walking distance.
