The Loft,bijou self-contained space & dog friendly

This unique place has a style all of its own. A self-contained cosy loft, small but perfectly formed. Conveniently located on the A21 for a Coastal or Country getaways. Bewl Water, Bedgebury Pinetum, Battle Abbey, and Bodiam Castle all only 10 mins by car. We have an abundance of National Trust properties within easy reach, with the pretty towns of Rye and Hastings only 30 mins away. We are dog friendly and have wonderful walks close by. Great for couples or single occupancy, room for a cot too.

Jacks Cottage -

A beautiful oak framed building with great views of the south downs. Accommodation comprising of a comfortable lounge with TV and wifi and log burner. The kitchen is well equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave. One double bedroom downstairs with en suite shower room. Upstairs there is a mezzanine with two single beds and a sitting area above the lounge area with a bathroom with free standing bath. The outside space is a south facing patio with table and chairs and a BBQ is available.

The Grange - Lower Barn Farm, Bodiam, East Sussex

The Grange at Lower Barn Farm is a quirky, rustic, converted detached barn designed with a touch of industrial components which makes for an ideal rural getaway. 70 acres of rolling country side and wooded grounds on the Kent and Sussex borders, complete with idyllic fishing lakes, are just waiting to be explored. There are woodland walks, an abundance of wildlife to be discovered and even the 14th century Bodiam castle, a 5 minute ride away, if you’re lucky you might even spot a kingfisher.

Step back in time and enjoy our cosy annex in Hurst Green, Etchingham, where original barn features meet modern comfort. A stylish barn conversion that’s spotlessly clean, well equipped and full of character. Set back from the road, it offers a comfortable base with underfloor heating, a log burner and a dog-friendly garden — ideal for exploring East Sussex and Kent. Stylishly fitted and eco-friendly, our detached, self-contained cottage is in a very rural location. There are no other holiday cottages on the farm. Situated in the High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, on a sheep farm of 23 acres (which you are free to roam), this is a real get-away-from-it-all location. One of the most peaceful and relaxing places you will ever stay. With underfloor heating and a wood-burning stove you will be cosy whatever the weather.

Adorable Hideaway: log stove, campfire, organic fm

Leave the world behind at our organic smallholding hideaway – the perfect antidote to stress and modern life. This is a true romantic retreat for two, with space for up to four (extra bed available). The ancient woodland, the orchard, the old fashioned sheep, the hens, make this the place to unwind. In the evenings, dine and chat by the log stove or around a campfire. I didn't have to move to Devon, after all, because I found here.

This cosy little apartment has everything you need for a peaceful retreat in our beautiful little town of Battle. Situated in the High Street directly opposite the famous Battle Abbey you are perfectly placed to explore the town and surrounding area. The apartment is decorated with an appreciation of the architecture and history of the Abbey whilst including inspirations from the surrounding countryside.
