Located just minutes from downtown Clear Lake, the historic Surf Ballroom, and City Beach, this is the perfect get-away spot! A large upper loft makes this a great option for families with kids or a peaceful adult retreat. Pets are family... so we are pet friendly, but do add a $25 dollar pet fee (per pet) for the duration of your stay.

Watts Theatre Apartment Over Main

This Apartment was lived in by owners/builders of Watts Theatre. Mr. Watts was rumored to be acquaintances with Frank Lloyd Wright who was involved in the planning of the building. You will see many of his features including wide sweeping curves thus eliminating many 90 degree angles. While you stay enjoy watching the movie from your own Private Viewing Space in the second bedroom. There are shows on Fridays and Saturdays at 7pm and Sundays at 4pm check out our website for specifics.

The Clausen House-Historic home close to the Lake

The Clausen House has been where families have been creating memories since 2018. If you need additional space check out the Schoolhouse vacation rental located on the same property. The Clausen House was built in 1890 and is a great place for large family Gatherings It has been updated with 3 renovated bathrooms, kitchen & laundry room.
