Le couchage de qualité se trouve dans la mezzanine où la hauteur de plafond est réduite. Sinon il y a un canapé convertible au salon. Le logement donne sur une terrasse privative face au lac. Possibilité de mettre à disposition une borne de recharge pour VE, un abri à vélo ou un canoë ...
